SERVICE TIER 1: Catering ONLY: 20-40 guests $400 | 50-60 guests $500
Pricing Includes all pre-event planning + food pick-up + onsite setup of catering + service throughout your event, including 1 staff member onsite from 4-6 hours.
We'll start by acquiring delicious catering from your chosen local restaurant, carefully selecting menu options that align with your event's theme and preferences. Our team will work closely with you on menu development to ensure every dish is perfect, and we'll handle all negotiations to secure the best possible price.
On the day of your event, we’ll coordinate the pick-up or delivery of your food and set up a beautiful buffet or cocktail-style service, creating an inviting presentation that enhances the atmosphere. Throughout the event, our staff will stay onsite to replenish food as needed and keep the serving area tidy, allowing you to focus on enjoying the celebration with your guests.
**Parties of 40-60 guests may require 2-3 staff members. Additional staff is $35/hr with a 4 hour minimum.
SERVICE TIER 2: Catering + Rentals: 20-40 guests $550 | 50-60 guests $700
Pricing includes everything listed in TIER 1 + beginning to end rental coordination.
Buliding on the comprehensive support of TIER 1, providing not only expert catering coordination but also seamless management of all your event rental needs. We’ll assist you in making all necessary rental choices—from tables, chairs, and linens to décor items that perfectly match your event’s theme. Our team handles all the details, including any revisions, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating pick-ups. On the day of your event, we manage the rental process onsite, ensuring everything is set up correctly and handled with care.

SERVICE ONLY: $300 for up to 6 hours
For those who have already planned their event but need professional assistance with food service on the big day. Whether it's a buffet-style setup or cocktail-style service, we will handle all aspects of serving, ensuring your guests are well taken care of. We’ll manage food setup, replenish dishes as needed, and maintain a clean serving area while you enjoy your party.
DROP-OFF Catering: $250
This service offers a convenient and budget-friendly way to elevate your event. We’ll help you create the perfect menu, handle the pick-up and delivery of your food and set up a beautiful buffet using our stylish serving pieces. After the party, we’ll return to collect the buffet setup and clean up the service area. This is perfect for those who want a polished presentation while keeping things simple and cost-effective.
