Once we've chatted and you've settled on your service tier, we'll start the planning process after receiving a signed contract and a 50% deposit. You can always add on more services after booking!

Create
We'll help you find the perfect local restaurant to cater, create your menu, negotiate pricing and schedule a pick-up time. We can also oversee event rentals and 3rd party vendor bookings.
Step 5
Celebrate
Day of, we handle all the logistics: food pick up, setting your buffet or cocktail service, and coordinating rentals + vendors. We'll also remain onsite to run service from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless event.

SERVICE TIER 1: Catering ONLY: 20-40 guests $400 | 50-60 guests $500 Pricing Includes all pre-event planning + food pick-up + onsite setup of catering + service throughout your event, including 1 staff member onsite from 4-6 hours. We'll start by acquiring delicious catering from your chosen local restaurant, carefully selecting menu options that align with your event's theme and preferences. Our team will work closely with you on menu development to ensure every dish is perfect, and we'll handle all negotiations to secure the best possible price. On the day of your event, we’ll coordinate the pick-up or delivery of your food and set up a beautiful buffet or cocktail-style service, creating an inviting presentation that enhances the atmosphere. Throughout the event, our staff will stay onsite to replenish food as needed and keep the serving area tidy, allowing you to focus on enjoying the celebration with your guests. **Parties of 40-60 guests may require 2-3 staff members. Additional staff is $35/hr with a 4 hour minimum.
SERVICE TIER 2: Catering + Rentals: 20-40 guests $550 | 50-60 guests $700 Pricing includes everything listed in TIER 1 + beginning to end rental coordination. Buliding on the comprehensive support of TIER 1, providing not only expert catering coordination but also seamless management of all your event rental needs. We’ll assist you in making all necessary rental choices—from tables, chairs, and linens to décor items that perfectly match your event’s theme. Our team handles all the details, including any revisions, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating pick-ups. On the day of your event, we manage the rental process onsite, ensuring everything is set up correctly and handled with care. **Parties of 40-60 guests may require 2-3 staff members. Additional staff is $35/hr with a 4 hour minimum.
SERVICE TIER 3 - Service ONLY: 20-40 guests $250 | 50-60 guests $300 For those who have already planned their event but need professional assistance with food service on the big day. Whether it's a buffet-style setup or cocktail-style service, we will handle all aspects of serving, ensuring your guests are well taken care of. We’ll manage food setup, replenish dishes as needed, and maintain a clean serving area so you can focus on enjoying your event without worrying about the details. **Parties of 40-60 guests may require 2-3 staff members. Additional staff is $35/hr with a 4 hour minimum.

NA Beverage Service
Keep your guests refreshed with our non-alcoholic beverage service. Choose from a selection of refreshing options, including infused water, iced tea, agua fresca, or lemonade. $6 per guest - choose 2 20 person minimum
Bar Service
Add a touch of sophistication to your event with our specialty bar service. We provide mixers and garnish for a full bar + two specialty cocktails. We'll also include all the essential bar equipment and ice you'll need. You provide the alcohol! $15 per guest $35/hr per bartender 20 person minimum
Special Onsite Vendors
Enhance your celebration with unique touches from our network of special onsite vendors. We can assist in arranging dessert bars for sweet treats, DJs to keep the party going, and entertainment options to engage and delight your guests. $150 per additional vendor

What's Your Service Style?

At Gather Event Collective, we specialize in buffet and cocktail party-style service, providing a relaxed and social atmosphere perfect for mingling and celebration. Our approach eliminates the need for formal plated or family-style service, making it ideal for smaller, more casual events where the focus is on connection and enjoyment.

Buffet Catering

Food is displayed at stations on either platters or in chaffing dishes. Guests serve themselves throughout the party. Our staff replenishes food and serveware as needed.

Cocktail Party Catering

Food can either be passed to guests, stationed on platters for self-service, or a little bit of both. Our staff will pass the items in courses and replenish stationed platters as needed.
